Effective September 28, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Niche Waterproofing QuickBooks Integration (the "Application"), an internal software tool operated by Niche Waterproofing ("Niche", "we").
The Application is licensed solely for internal use by Niche employees and contractors authorized by Niche. It is not sold, sublicensed or made available to third parties.
The Application connects to Niche's own QuickBooks Online company to read accounting data (such as customers, invoices, payments and account balances) and to prepare draft records for review by authorized Niche staff.
Users may use the Application only for Niche business purposes and must not attempt to access data they are not authorized to view, circumvent security controls, or use the Application in violation of Intuit's terms or applicable law.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms. The Application is not endorsed by Intuit.
An administrator may disconnect the Application at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps → My Apps) or by contacting Niche. On disconnection, stored access tokens are deleted.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, Niche disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Niche may update this Agreement; the effective date above will change when it does.
