This policy describes how the Niche Waterproofing QuickBooks Integration (the "Application") handles data. The Application is an internal tool used only by Niche Waterproofing ("Niche") staff.
With an administrator's authorization, the Application accesses Niche's own QuickBooks Online company data, including customers, invoices, estimates, payments and account balances. It does not access any other company's QuickBooks data.
Solely to support Niche's internal operations: reporting receivables and payment status to staff, and preparing draft estimates and invoices that a staff member must approve before anything is written to QuickBooks.
OAuth tokens are stored on Niche-controlled servers in files readable only by the system administrator, and all traffic to Intuit uses TLS. Accounting data is retrieved on demand and is not copied into third-party services for resale or advertising.
We do not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data with third parties. Data is used only by authorized Niche personnel.
Disconnecting the Application in QuickBooks Online revokes access, and stored tokens are deleted. Requests to delete data can be sent to the contact below.
